What really scares terrorists?

Terror
The word terror appears where ever we are. Media, books, even in our own children stories. It makes me wonder, why do we crave such things such as news. This political cartoon appeared to me as I was filtering through news, and it reminded me of the attack on Charlie Hebdo, the cartoonists in France. No doubt, actually that this political cartoon is about Charlie Hedbo, and that the author is clearly biased toward the Charle Hebdo authors. He makes fun of the terrorists that who attacked the headquarters by showing that these bloodthirsty, power men are merely scared by a sketch. You defiantly get the vibe that the author really feels that the extremists over exaggerate from the littlest things that offends them.
Now, since I am from a first world country, and not a Muslim, i can say i'm biased, and say that the terrorists are in the wrong in the extreme, however if you really do think in a third world extremist, I can see that, yes this would be very offensive. If someone or some people decided to put my leader, the person who I think is the savoir of this world in a bad light AFTER i warn them not to, I would see this attack distasteful in the extreme.
As well as this cartoon was written and drawn, I do believe that it really doesn't show the real light of this problem. In a nutshell, Charle Hebdo was ignorant and hateful organization. The extremists even warned them to not post a sketch of their leader in a unflattering way, yet Charle Hebdo decides to post it anyways. This cartoon tells people that, "oh terrorists are over-reacting jerks." I do feel that this cartoon does not persuade me in the author's biased.
I feel like if the author choose to add a little more backstory to this sketch, i could feel a little more towards Hebdo. If he included pictures of victims, i can see myself wanting to dislike terrorists even more.
